档案的统计工作是综合性档案馆业务建设规范的重要内容之一。做好档案统计工作,不仅真实准确地反映馆藏档案的发展轨迹,为档案事业的健康发展提供科学决策依据,而且能迅速及时地为档案贤料的编研工作提供优质服务,更好地服务于经济建设。在当前传统的社会主义计划经济向市场经济过渡的情况下,搞好档案的统计工作,发挥“信息库”的作用,意义重大不言自喻。笔者结合我馆的统计工作,发表管见,与同行探讨磋商:
Archives statistics work is one of the important contents of the comprehensive archives business construction norms. Doing a good job of archival statistics will not only reflect the track of the development of archives in a real and accurate way, but also provide a scientific basis for the sound development of archives. It will also provide quality services to the editorial work of archives and materials in a timely manner and better serve economic development. Under the current transition from a planned socialist economy to a market economy, it is of great significance to do a good job in the statistical work of archives and the role of a “repository” of information.
