目的建立云南省登革热跨境传播的风险评估指标体系,为云南省登革热跨境传播风险的分级评估提供基础。方法采用德尔菲法对量表的可获得性及相关性进行评分,同时采用变异度法及相关系数法对指标体系进行条目筛选;最后采用层次分析对指标体系进行结构模型构建。结果研究构建了登革热跨境传播风险评估指标体系,采用以上方法筛选出41个指标,体系包括1个目标层,7个准则层及41个指标层。结论应用德尔菲法及层次分析法构建的登革热跨境传播风险评估指标体系具有一定的科学性,能有效为评估登革热跨境传播的风险等级提供基础。
Objective To establish a risk assessment index system for cross-border transmission of dengue fever in Yunnan Province and provide a basis for the grading assessment of the risk of dengue cross-border transmission in Yunnan Province. Methods The Delphi method was used to score the availability and relevance of the scale. At the same time, the index system was screened by the method of variation degree and correlation coefficient. Finally, the hierarchy model was used to construct the index system. Results A risk assessment index system for cross-border transmission of dengue was constructed and 41 indicators were screened using the above method. The system includes 1 target level, 7 guideline levels and 41 indicator levels. Conclusion The risk assessment index system for dengue cross-border transmission based on Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process is scientific and can effectively provide a basis for assessing the risk level of dengue cross-border transmission.
