中航直升机总部大楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。采用MIDAS软件建立整体模型进行性能化研究。考虑到动力弹塑性分析计算过程复杂,工作量较大,其结果受地震波影响显著,因此,结合工程侧向刚度较大、周期较短、基本振型为主的结构特点宜对结构进行罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性(Pushover)分析,针对层间位移角、塑性角分布等对结构性能评估,为设计提供依据。分析结果表明,针对该工程提出的性能化设计目标是合理的,结构安全性能够得到保证。
The main structure of AVIC helicopter headquarters building adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. Using MIDAS software to establish the overall model for performance study. Therefore, it is better to combine the characteristics of engineering structure with larger lateral rigidity, shorter period and fundamental vibration mode According to the static pushover analysis under earthquake action, the structural performance is evaluated according to the displacement angle between layers and the plastic angle distribution, which provides the basis for design. The analysis results show that the performance-based design goals proposed for the project are reasonable and the structural safety can be guaranteed.
