转基因食品商业化进入市场前必须经过食用安全性和环境安全性评价。FAO/WHO专家提出,转基因动物的食用安全性评价基本上可以参照转基因植物的食用安全性评价程序,但要进行个案分析。鉴于动物与植物特性的不同,转基因动物的安全性评价又有其特异之处。本文对国内外转基因动物的食用安全性评价概况和进展作一综述。
Commercialization of genetically modified foods before entering the market must be edible safety and environmental safety assessment. FAO / WHO experts suggest that food safety evaluation of transgenic animals can basically refer to the food safety evaluation program of transgenic plants, but a case analysis is needed. In view of the different characteristics of animals and plants, safety evaluation of transgenic animals have their own specificities. This review summarizes the status and progress of food safety evaluation of transgenic animals at home and abroad.
