随着我国改革开放的深入进行,弱势群体问题也日益凸显,并有逐步发展的趋势。对弱势群体权利进行保护,既是人权保护和法律正义的体现,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切要求。通过拟对弱势群体的法学定义和弱势群体权利保护的法理基础的探讨,提出自己的看法,以期对这一社会问题的解决有所帮助,进而促进我国社会主义法治进程的发展。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the issue of disadvantaged groups has also become increasingly prominent, and there is a gradual development trend. To protect the rights of disadvantaged groups is not only the embodiment of human rights protection and legal justice, but also the urgent requirement of building a harmonious socialist society. Through the discussion on legal definition of disadvantaged groups and legal basis for the protection of vulnerable groups’ rights, this article puts forward my own views in the hope of helping to solve this social problem and further promoting the development of the socialist legal system in our country.
