利用不同分析方法、对酸性水汽提处理装置塔盘垢污进行了成分分析。结果表明,垢污主要由碳粉、硫化物、金属腐蚀物以及石油碳氢化合物组成。这些碳氢类有机化合物在塔体中能与许多酸性物质(如硫化物、氨氮化合物)反应生成胶状物,与碳粉、催化剂粉、金属硫化物及其他粒子相互吸附、粘连、包裹和聚集而引起结垢。在此基础上,进行了化学清洗剂配方的研制,达到了较好的清洗效果,现场模拟清洗垢污试验,清洗率可达到80%以上。为解决生产过程中防垢、阻垢、除垢等问题提供了依据。
Using different analytical methods, the composition of acid and water stripper tower discoloration was analyzed.
