为研究低水平辐射预先植入鼠胚胎的效应,特别是畸胎形成的可能,我们进行了调查。被交配后的大鼠妊娠的第一天,随机分配为对照组、实验组和5、10、25cGy,γ照射8~10(9)小时或15~17(16)小时的接触组,结果是: 用5cGy辐照的鼠。作为总植入量的百分率,胎儿死亡率比显著高于对照组,反之胚胎死亡率无差异,因此,在这组中由于胎儿死亡率高而致胎体消失增加。
To investigate the effect of preimplantation of mouse embryos at low levels of radiation, particularly teratogenicity, we investigated. On the first day after mating, the rats were randomly assigned to the control group, the experimental group, and the exposure group with 5, 10, 25 cGy, and γ irradiation for 8 to 10 (9) hours or 15 to 17 (16) hours. The result was : Mice irradiated with 5 cGy. As a percentage of total implantation, the fetal mortality rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, whereas there was no difference in embryo mortality, therefore the disappearance of the carcass increased in this group due to high fetal mortality.
