我会决定一九五六年二月份召开本省第三届农林水利劳动模范代表大会。为了广泛树立劳模旗帜和切实贯彻自下而上的民主评选,各县(市)应结合今冬各项中心工作,妥善安排,并于明年元月份以前开好县(市)的劳模代表大会。在县市劳模代表大会召开前,各地应在总结秋收、推动冬季生产的基础上,认真地做好乡一级的评选工作。在评选过程中,应认真地帮助各个模范单位或个人(特别是重点单位和个人)作好经验总结,使各种先进经验更加系统化,并用以丰富领导经验,以利今后农林水利增产运动的开展。现特颁发湖南省一九五五年农林水利劳动模范评选奖励办法,希研究执行。各县(市)并应将劳动模范代表大会召开的日期及总结(须附汇报卡片),分别于会前、会后及时上报专署(自治州)及省农业、林业、水利三厅。 I will decide to convene the Third Provincial Model Committee of Agriculture, Forestry, Water Conservation and Labor in February 1956.
