目的探讨苯那普利对高血压患者血清Ⅲ型Ⅳ型前胶原浓度变化的影响。方法收集高血压左室肥厚患者53例作为治疗组,健康者24例作为对照组。治疗组患者给予口服苯那普利治疗,对照组不给予任何药物。观察治疗组治疗前血清Ⅲ型Ⅳ型前胶原浓度变化,并与对照组进行比对。观察治疗组治疗前后LVDd,IVST,LVPW和LVMI的改变。结果治疗组治疗前血清PⅢP,PⅣP水平显著高于治疗后和对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后LVDd,IVST,LVPW和LVMI均显著小于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论苯那普利可减少PⅢP,PⅣP的血清水平,以减少心肌间质水肿,苯那普利可逆转左室腔扩张,左心室肥厚。
Objective To investigate the effect of benazepril on the serum concentration of type Ⅲ procollagen Ⅳ in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Fifty-three hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were selected as treatment group and 24 healthy individuals as control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with benazepril orally, while patients in the control group were not given any drugs. The changes of serum type Ⅲ Ⅳ procollagen in the treatment group before treatment were observed and compared with those in the control group. The changes of LVDd, IVST, LVPW and LVMI in the treatment group before and after treatment were observed. Results The levels of PⅢP and PⅣP in the treatment group before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group and the control group (P <0.05). The LVDd, IVST, LVPW and LVMI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Benazepril can reduce serum levels of PⅢP and PⅣP to reduce myocardial interstitial edema. Benazepril can reverse left ventricular dilatation and left ventricular hypertrophy.
