量子点作为一种新型的荧光纳米材料,因其量子效应,宽激发光谱及高摩尔消光系数等优点引起了广泛关注,近年来,随着水溶性量子点制备技术的发展,其生物学应用也愈发广泛。本文简述量子点的结构和特性,及水溶性量子点作为荧光探针在生物成像、体外诊断及其他方面的生物学应用,对磁珠量子点在体外诊断的应用、量子点在快速诊断中的应用、量子点的双标记、量子点在光激化学发光法的初步应用作重点论述。另外本文还对其应用的高通量、自动化、多元化作一展望。
