病案是医院的宝贵财产之一,但病案室在医院的地位却不尽如人意。本文主要从责任心、如何提高业务水平、怎样加强管理等方面对病案管理提出一些思考。现代化医院要求病案管理也要符合目前医院发展的大环境,因此病案室的工作尤显重要。病案管理人员要一专多能,既要搞好自已的专业,又要掌握医学基础理论知识。提高自身素质和业务水平,使病案管理有一个质的飞跃。
The medical record is one of the valuable assets of the hospital, but the status of the medical record room in the hospital is not satisfactory. This article presents some thoughts on the management of medical records from the aspects of responsibility, how to improve the business level, and how to strengthen management. Modern hospitals require that the management of medical records also meet the current environment for the development of hospitals. Therefore, the work in the medical record rooms is particularly important. The medical record management personnel must be specialized and versatile, not only doing well their own specialties, but also mastering basic medical theoretical knowledge.
