目的:探索利用Excel软件建立四格表χ2检验自动校正处理程序。方法:利用Excel软件建立格式化的四格表χ2检验自动分析程序,在总样本数≥40和理论频数≥1时,通过Pearsonχ2检验和Yates校正公式,可自动给出χ2值和P值,在总样本<40或理论频数<1时,基于Fisher精确概率法,通过修改单元格引用,也可方便地得到χ2值和P值。结果与结论:利用Excel软件可实现四格表χ2检验,而且一旦格式固定,只要替换其中数值,就可立即得到χ2值。
Objective: To explore the use of Excel software to establish four grid table χ2 test automatic correction process. Methods: Using the Excel software to establish the format of the four-table χ2 test automatic analysis program, the total number of samples ≥ 40 and the theoretical frequency ≥ 1, by Pearsonχ2 test and Yates correction formula can be automatically given χ2 value and P value in When the total sample <40 or the theoretical frequency <1, the χ2 value and P value can also be conveniently obtained by modifying the cell reference based on the Fisher exact probability method. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Using the Excel software, we can achieve the χ2 test of four tables, and once the format is fixed, χ2 can be obtained immediately by replacing the values.
