在社会主义市场经济体制下,高等学校的管理也面临着一系列适应、转变和开拓发展的问题。高等学校在各方面进一步社会化,迫使其必须引进先进管理手段,建立新型高校管理模式。而公关正是一种以塑造形象、协调关系、促进沟通为主的新型管理科学。因而运用公关协调现代高校管理有认真考虑的必要。
Under the socialist market economic system, the management of higher education institutions is also facing a series of problems of adapting, transforming and developing. Colleges and universities in all aspects of further socialization, forcing it to introduce advanced management tools to establish a new model of college management. Public relations is just a new type of management science that focuses on image creation, coordination and promotion of communication.
