目的:对16名受试者硬膜外注射利多卡因或利多卡因合用羟丁酸钠的药物动力学进行研究。方法:应用荧光偏振免疫法(FPIA)。结果:给药后均呈双室动力学模型,主要药动学参数为单剂量利多卡因组Cmax=1.03±0.31μg·ml-1,T1/2β=27.62min,AUC=71.70mg·L-1·min-1;合用羟丁酸钠组Cmax=1.71μg·ml-1,T1/2β=188.6min,AUC=396.4mg·L-1·min-1。结论:单独给利多卡因与合用羟丁酸钠的利多卡因的药物动力学参数有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。
AIM: To investigate the pharmacokinetics of lidocaine or lidocaine in combination with sodium oxybate in 16 subjects. Methods: Fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) was used. Results: The two-compartment kinetic model was given after administration. The main pharmacokinetic parameters were Cmax = 1.03 ± 0.31μg · ml-1, T1 / 2β = 27.62min and AUC = 71 in single-dose lidocaine group .70 mg · L-1 · min-1, Cmax = 1.71μg · ml-1, T1 / 2β = 188.6min, AUC = 396.4mg · L-1 · min-1 for sodium oxybate. CONCLUSIONS: The pharmacokinetic parameters of lidocaine alone and in combination with sodium oxybate were significantly different (P <0.01).
