NK模型是一种基于主体的结构化计算机仿真方法,主要用于研究系统如何通过适应性搜寻快速有效地获得最优绩效值,以及系统环境和系统内部要素间的相互作用关系如何影响系统的整体适应性。本文首先介绍NK模型的基本原理,在此基础上,从组织的自然选择与适应性行为、组织结构与组织决策、管理者认知与组织适应性行为、战略复杂性与组织绩效等方面分析NK模型在组织与战略管理研究中的应用,最后展望NK模型的应用前景。
