以22名东北师范大学男子篮球运动员为调查对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,施加运动心理技能量表(PSIS)对参加高强度比赛前后的22名运动员的运动心理技能指标进行调查分析,探求其运动心理技能提升机制。结果显示:高强度比赛对提高大学生男子篮球运动员的心理技能有明显的作用。特别是在自身焦虑控制、集中注意力、自信心等心理技能方面,赛后要明显高于赛前,训练年限多的运动员要明显高于训练年限少的运动员,经常首发的运动员要明显高于不经常首发的运动员。本研究意在探求高强度比赛对大学生男子篮球运动员运动心理技能的影响,探求提高运动心理技能的有效方式,从而在今后的比赛和训练中更好地促进运动员心理技能的提升。
A total of 22 male basketball players from Northeast Normal University were investigated with literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and PSIS. The psychological and sports skills of 22 athletes before and after the intensive competition were analyzed. Conduct investigation and analysis to explore the mechanism to enhance their sports psychological skills. The result shows that high intensity competition plays a significant role in improving the psychological skills of college male basketball players. Especially in their psychological control skills such as anxiety control, concentration and self-confidence, the number of athletes who were significantly older than the pre-match and those with more training years after the match was significantly higher than those with fewer training years. The number of regular starting athletes was significantly higher Not often starters. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of high-intensity competition on the psychology skills of college male basketball players and to explore effective ways to improve their psychological skills so as to better promote the psychological skills of athletes in future competitions and training.
