第一原则:用执行力强的人好的员工永远是执行力强的员工。用人第一原则就是要求员工具备非常强的执行力。为什么这么说呢?根本原因有以下两点。首先,没有规矩则不成方圆。企业作为一个独立核算的经济实体,必须考虑盈利,这是企业生存和发展的根基。要想盈利,就必然要设立各种各样的内部规章制度,逐步形成自己独特的企业团队文化,要求全体员工围绕着同一个目标奋进。这个时候,如果员工执行力不强,就很容易对整个企业团队文化造成冲击,甚至将企业团队文化给毁弃,拖累企业的发展。所以,
