本研究应用水资源系统分析理论 ,从新疆水资源形成与分布 ,地表水与地下水的转化关系 ,地下水开发利用存在的问题分析 ,提出新疆区域地下水开发利用模式 ,即超采区 (吐哈盆地 )的严格控制开采地下水 ;地表水资源丰富区 ,适度开采地下水 ;土壤盐渍化严重和地下水位高的地区 ,增加地下水开采规模 ,在流域不同地貌单位分限制、调蓄、调控和禁止 4个开采区 Based on the analysis of water resources system in Xinjiang, this study analyzed the formation and distribution of water resources in Xinjiang, the relationship between the conversion of surface water and groundwater and the problems existing in the exploitation and utilization of groundwater.
