西欧几国加油站之所以能做到两个“四位一体”,乃是因为它源于一个基本观念——顾客第一,一切为顾客着想。这不仅表现在热情、周到的服务等“软件”上,更体现在加油站的设计、建筑一切围绕着“软件”服务的硬件上。
The reason why gas stations in Western Europe can achieve two “four in one” is because it is based on a basic concept - customer first, everything for the sake of customers. This is reflected not only in the “software” of enthusiasm and attentive service, but also in the design of gas stations and in the construction of hardware that surrounds the “software” service.
