在灰铸铁钢锭模内表面铸渗硼,可强化晶粒边界、稳定珠光体以及改善石墨形态和分布。从而可提高灰铸铁钢锭模内表面的热疲劳性能和抗氧化生长性能,使钢锭模使用寿命有显著提高。试验结果表明:铸渗硼灰铸铁钢锭模比同类灰铸铁钢锭模的使用寿命提高43%。通过试验优选出合硼合金涂料最佳配方和涂刷工艺,浇注结果表明铸渗表面质量良好、没有气孔、夹杂等缺陷。
Casting boron on the inner surface of a gray cast iron ingot mold strengthens grain boundaries, stabilizes pearlite, and improves graphite morphology and distribution. Thereby improving the thermal fatigue performance and the anti-oxidant growth performance of the inner surface of the gray cast iron ingot mold, so that the service life of the ingot mold is obviously improved. The test results show that the service life of cast ingot cast iron gray cast iron ingot mold is 43% higher than that of the same gray cast iron ingot mold. Through the experiment, the optimum formula of boron alloy coating and brushing process were optimized. The results show that the casting infiltration surface has good quality and no defects such as pores and inclusions.
