高铬铸铁衬板的强韧性低，在高冲击载荷工况下使用易断裂．为了提高高铬铸铁衬板的抗断裂能力，开发了一种在衬板中预埋钢筋网的新工艺，经工业试验表明，预埋钠筋网可显著提高高铬铸铁衬板的抗断裂能力。寿命达到高锰钢衬板的１．６倍以上。
High chrome cast iron liner low toughness, easy to break under high impact load conditions. In order to improve the fracture resistance of high chrome cast iron liner, a new technology of embedding steel mesh in the liner was developed. Industrial tests show that the embedded sodium steel mesh can significantly improve the fracture resistance of high chromium cast iron liner . Life expectancy reached 1.6 times higher manganese steel liner.
