江西恒基新型建材有限公司坐落在南昌市白水湖经济技术开发区晨鸣纸业厂区内,主要利用造纸淤泥、余热发电炉渣、粉煤灰、煤矸石及页岩生产烧结多孔砖及烧结保温砌块等新型墙体材料,经过与设计施工方及各设备厂家的通力配合下,已达到设计要求,填补了国内利用造纸淤泥生产节能烧结制品的国内空白。该项目由重庆天瑞窑炉公司设计施工,该公司工程技术人员从原料的成分分析开始,对淤泥的有害成分进行周密分析,对湿淤泥的高含水率问题(90%)、干淤泥难以破碎问题、各种原料间难以混合问题、成型水分高的成型问题、高水分的烘干排潮问题、淤泥易燃快烧问题等难点,在国内尚无可借鉴参考
