医院和门诊部军医的专业训练是为了提高医生的专业知识并按现代知识的水平丰富其一般的医学知识。它的最终目的是讓医生掌握先进医疗机关的经验,并在实际工作中运用最新的诊断和治疗方法,以提高医院的诊断、治疗和预防工作的质量。研究与战时有直接关系的特殊问题,在医生的训练中占有重要的位置。专业训练的方式方法是多种多样的,那种认为医生的专业训练只限于进行某个专题报告或操作的看法是完全不正确的。为了交流经验,本文介绍我们医院及门诊部所采用的各种專业训练方法。
The professional training of military doctors in hospitals and out-patient clinics aims to enhance doctors’ professional knowledge and enrich their general medical knowledge according to the level of modern knowledge. Its ultimate goal is to enable doctors to master the experience of advanced medical institutions and apply the latest diagnostic and therapeutic methods in practical work to improve the quality of diagnosis, treatment and prevention in hospitals. Studying special issues that are directly related to wartime occupies an important position in the training of doctors. The methods and methods of professional training are varied, and it is completely incorrect to think that doctors’ professional training is limited to conducting a special report or operation. In order to exchange experiences, this article describes the various professional training methods used by our hospitals and clinics.
