目的 探讨 A型肉毒毒素在 Meige综合征抗痉挛疗效及安全性。方法 用 A型肉毒毒素治疗 Meige综合征 67例，观察治疗前后痉挛强度的变化。结果 治疗后总有效率 94.3％， 73.02％疗效维持 2月～ 6年。结论 A型肉毒毒素治疗 Meige综合征安全，简便，起效快，疗效好。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A in anti-spasticity of Meige syndrome. Methods A botulinum toxin type A was used to treat 67 patients with Meige syndrome. The changes of spasticity before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.3%, 73.02% efficacy was maintained for 2 months to 6 years. Conclusion Botulinum toxin A is safe, simple, quick and effective in treating Meige syndrome.
