对CYDEX-β全甲基化β-环糊精毛细管柱上,对14种手性氰醇对映体的乙酰化和三氯乙酰化衍生物,进行了气相色谱分离研究,比较了两种衍生方法的拆分效果,测定了实际合成样品的e.e.值,并对对映体拆分机理进行了一些探讨。
The chromatographic separation of acetylated and trichloroacetylated enantiomers of 14 chiral cyanohydrin enantiomers was performed on a CYDEX-β per-methylated β-cyclodextrin capillary column.
