电弧放电伴随着紫外光辐射,通过探测放电辐射强度可预测其对用电设备的危害程度。分析了电弧的产生机理及特征,依据电弧数学模型,探讨弧光辐射的检测方法,对针状物及金属物断裂处引起的放电脉冲特性进行研究与测试。采用通道型光电倍增管构建探测系统,对放电弧光进行捕获,测量不同距离处紫外光辐射的强度,作为判断电弧放电程度依据,说明导光、滤光对提高探测效果的作用。实验表明,该系统灵敏度高、线性度好,能实现微弱紫外光探测在线监测。
Arc discharge along with UV radiation, by detecting the radiation intensity of discharge can predict the degree of harm to the electrical equipment. The generation mechanism and characteristics of arc are analyzed. According to arc mathematical model, the detection method of arc radiation is discussed, and the characteristics of discharge pulse caused by the breakage of needle and metal are studied and tested. A channel photomultiplier tube was used to construct a detection system to capture the arc of discharge and measure the intensity of ultraviolet radiation at different distances. The intensity of ultraviolet radiation was measured as a basis for judging the degree of arc discharge, indicating the effect of light guide and filter on improving the detection effect. Experiments show that the system has high sensitivity and good linearity, and can realize on-line monitoring of weak UV detection.
