目的:研究煅生地黄炭、熟地黄炭对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响,为进一步探讨生地黄炭、熟地黄炭止血炮制机理提供前期的实验基础。方法:以ICR种小鼠为实验动物,采用断尾法及毛细管法分别测定生地黄、熟地黄、煅生地黄炭、煅熟地黄炭对小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间影响。结果:与生理盐水组比较,生地黄、煅生地黄炭、煅熟地黄炭均能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.01)和凝血时间(P<0.01);与生地黄组比较,煅生地黄炭能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.05)和凝血时间(P<0.05);与熟地黄组比较,煅熟地黄炭能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.01)和凝血时间(P<0.01)。结论:生地黄炭和熟地黄炭均具有一定的止血作用,且生地黄煅炭后增强了止血作用、熟地黄煅炭后产生了止血作用。
Objective: To study the effect of calcined charcoal and rehmannia charcoal on bleeding time and clotting time in mice, and to provide preliminary experimental basis for further study on the mechanism of hemostasis of regenerated charcoal and Rehmannia glutinosa. Methods: ICR mice were used as experimental animals. The effects of hemorrhage time and clotting time of Rehmannia glutinosa, Rehmannia glutinosa, calcined charcoal and calcitonin on mice were determined by tail-end method and capillary method respectively. Results: Compared with the saline group, the hemorrhage time (P <0.01) and the clotting time (P <0.01) of the regenerated rhubarb, calcined charcoal and calcitonite charcoal significantly shortened the bleeding time (P <0.01) (P <0.05) and clotting time (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, calcined charcoal could significantly reduce the bleeding time (P <0.01) and the clotting time (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Both rhodiola and rehmanniae charcoal have a certain hemostatic effect, and hemostatic effect is enhanced after calcined charcoal of Rehmannia glutinosa, and the hemostatic effect of Rehmannia glutinosa charcoal is produced.
