目的探讨高压氧舱与神经节苷脂联合治疗新生儿缺血性脑病的临床效果。方法选择本院2014年7月—2016年5月收治的116例新生儿缺血性脑病患儿为研究对象,按照电脑随机法将其分为2组,其中对照组行常规治疗,而观察组则运用神经节苷脂与高压氧舱联合治疗,对比分析2组疗效。结果治疗前,2组的血清NSE浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的血清NSE浓度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,2组患儿的体征改变时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予新生儿缺血性脑病患儿高压氧舱与神经节苷脂联合治疗,可以缩短症状改善时间,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen chamber combined with ganglioside in the treatment of neonatal ischemic encephalopathy. Methods A total of 116 neonates with ischemic encephalopathy admitted from July 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the computer randomized method. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group The use of ganglioside and hyperbaric oxygen chamber combination therapy, comparative analysis of two groups of curative effect. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum NSE concentration between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the serum NSE concentration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the treatment efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, there was significant difference between the two groups in the change of signs (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of hyperbaric oxygen chamber and ganglioside in children with neonatal ischemic encephalopathy can shorten the time to improve symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect.
