潜艇结构在焊接过程中产生的残余应力是关系到结构安全的重要指标。由于焊接是一个涉及到热、力、冶金等多学科的极为复杂的过程,要对其进行准确预测十分困难。本文首先对与潜艇相关的厚板、环焊缝和压力容器焊接残余应力的技术现状及存在的主要问题进行论述;然后介绍潜艇焊接残余应力的试验和模拟;并对残余应力影响潜艇结构疲劳强度和稳定性以及潜艇结构残余应力消除技术等方面进行了详细论述和总结;最后指出了一些尚待进一步研究的问题。
Submarine structure in the welding process of residual stress is an important indicator of structural safety. Because welding is an extremely complex process involving many disciplines such as heat, force and metallurgy, it is very difficult to accurately predict it. In this paper, the technical status of the welding residual stresses and the main problems existing in the submarine-related thick plates, girth welds and pressure vessels are discussed first; then, the submarine welding residual stress tests and simulations are introduced; and the residual stress affects the submarine structure fatigue strength And stability and submarine structure residual stress elimination technology and other aspects of a detailed discussion and summary; Finally pointed out some issues to be further studied.
