油价高企、煤价攀升,能源短缺已经是地球上人所周知的事情,作为有望解决能源短缺的有效手段之一的智能电网,在全球已经颇有些如火如荼的势头。早在两年前,国家电网就确定了智能电网的投资计划,未来十年将有超过4万亿的总投入。而在“十二五”期间我国将建成20～30项智能电网技术专项示范工程和3～5项智能电网综合示范工程,建设5～10个智能电网示范城市、50个智能电网示范园区。
