本文研究了纯铁和某些碳钢经电火花加工后的表面层形态结构。用电子探针微区分析仪测定到白亮层内的渗碳量,并通过金相腐蚀方法揭示火花影响层的结构。在渗碳条件下加工时,白亮层的含碳量增大到最大值3.40%,这主要取决于工作液裂化后的高温分解产物。从光学显微镜、电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜拍摄到的照片中观察到白亮层内的碳化物呈针状和球状,它们分布在奥氏体母体内,而与电极或工件材料的成分无关。
In this paper, the morphology of the surface layer of pure iron and some carbon steel after EDM is studied. The amount of carburization in the bright white layer was measured by electron probe microanalysis, and the structure of spark-affected layer was revealed by metallographic etching. Under carburizing conditions, the carbon content of the white layer increases to a maximum of 3.40%, depending on the pyrolysis products of the working fluid after cracking. Carbides in the bright white layer were observed to be acicular and spherical in photographs taken with optical microscope, electron microscope and scanning electron microscope, and they were distributed in the austenite matrix irrespective of the composition of the electrode or the workpiece material.
