内江市中学教师心理健康状况的调查分析

目的了解中学教师心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法运用SCL-90及自编教师基本情况问卷对内江市四所中学410名中学教师进行调查。结果内江市中学教师SCL-90总均分及各因子分非常显著地高于全国常模;至少有一个因子分≥2与≥3的阳性检出率分别为72.7%、34.6%,检出率最高的是抑郁、强迫与躯体化三个因子;男教师在“精神病性”与“其他”两个因子上显著高于女教师,中年教师、兼任班主任、兼任行政职务、大专学历、主科教师心理健康水平显著更低。结论中学教师心理健康状况堪忧,须特别关注中年教师、兼任班主任与行政职务的教师以及男教师、学历较低与主科教师的心理健康。 Objective To understand the mental health of middle school teachers and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 410 middle school teachers from four secondary schools in Neijiang City were investigated using SCL-90 questionnaire and self-directed teacher questionnaire. Results The average score and scores of SCL-90 in middle school teachers in Neijiang City were significantly higher than those in national norms. The positive detection rates of SCL-90 were 72.7% and 34.6% The highest was depression, compulsion and somatization. Male teachers were significantly higher than female teachers and middle-aged teachers in the two factors of “psychosis” and “other” Education, major teachers mental health level was significantly lower. Conclusions The mental health status of middle school teachers is worrying. Special attention should be paid to middle-aged teachers, teachers who hold the position of teacher and administrative positions, as well as male teachers, with lower academic qualifications and mental health of teachers.
