将实验犬左侧喉返神经及喉上神经外侧支切断,造成单侧联合性声带麻痹动物模型.分别选用同侧颈袢胸骨舌骨肌支肌蒂及副神经胸锁乳突肌支肌蒂移植于该侧环杓后肌.手术前后进行录音、喉镜检查及声带录像,肌电图检查,术后4个月取左环杓后肌标本进行形态学和组织学检查.结果显示两组实验动物均成功地恢复了麻痹声带的外展功能.文章对神经肌蒂环杓后肌移植的手术术式进行了探讨.
The left canine recurrent laryngeal nerve and lateral laryngeal nerve branch cut off, resulting in unilateral unilateral vocal cord paralysis animal model. Were selected ipsilateral neck sternohyoid sylvian muscle pedicel and parasagittal sternocleidomastine pedicel pedicel transplantation in the side of the ring after the ladle muscle. Before and after surgery, recording, laryngoscopy and vocal cord recording, EMG examination, 4 months after surgery left posterior circumfasure muscle specimens for morphological and histological examination. The results showed that both groups of experimental animals successfully restored the outreach function of paralyzed vocal cords. This article discusses the surgical procedures of neuromuscular cricoaryoid posterior muscle transplantation.
