1991~1995年,应用田间自然病圃和病上盆栽鉴定方法,对安徽、河北、福建、山东等24个省市保存的3355份栽培大豆种质资源和186份野生大豆种质资源分别进行大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种的抗性鉴定。鉴定结果:栽培大豆免疫的5份,占参试材料的0.15%,抗病的19份,占参试材料的0.57%,这些抗病品种多为黑色种皮。在鉴定的野生大豆和南方各省的大豆种质资源中没有发现免疫和抗病的。
From 1991 to 1995, 3355 cultivated soybean germplasm resources and 186 wild soybean germplasm resources preserved in 24 provinces and municipalities of Anhui, Hebei, Fujian and Shandong provinces were applied to soybean Resistance Identification of Cyclospinal Nematode 3 Races. Identification results: 5 parts of cultivated soybean immunization, accounting for 0.15% of the tested materials, disease-resistant 19, accounting for 0.57% of the tested materials, these resistant varieties are mostly black seed coat. No immune and disease resistance was found in the identified wild soybean and soybean germplasm in the southern provinces.
