介绍了一种实现煤高效、洁净利用新途径——煤-焦炉气共热解的工艺过程、经济技术评价、应用前景以及近期研究结果。在实验的基础上,进一步证实了用焦炉气代替纯氢进行加氢热解的可行性及优越性。固定床热解实验及产品分析结果表明,与相同氢分压下的加氢热解相比,煤-焦炉气共热解半焦和焦油收率以及脱硫率均有所增加,而且焦油质量明显改善,但水分也有所增加。在煤-焦炉气共热解中添加少量废塑料可达到增加焦油收率降低热解水分的目的,而且在不增加水分的前提下实现焦油收率达到甚至超过相同总压下的加氢热解。
This paper introduces a new method to realize high efficiency and clean utilization of coal - the process of co-pyrolysis of coal and coke oven gas, economic and technical evaluation, application prospects and recent research results. On the basis of experiments, it is further confirmed that the feasibility and the superiority of pyrogenation by using coke oven gas instead of pure hydrogen are confirmed. The results of fixed-bed pyrolysis experiments and product analysis show that the coke and tar yield and the desulfurization rate of coal-coke oven gas are both increased compared with the same hydrogen partial pressure, and the tar quality Significant improvement, but moisture also increased. Addition of a small amount of waste plastics to coal-coke oven gas pyrolysis can achieve the objective of increasing the tar yield and reducing the pyrolysis water, and realize the hydrogenation heat with the tar yield reaching or exceeding the same total pressure without increasing the water content solution.
