1、引言本文为在高速(变换速率高于1兆赫)A/D变换中如何保证高精度(分辨力高于10位,线性度为±1/2 LSB)提供了一种切实可行的途径。利用数字技术检测出子量程式A/D变换中高位部分产生的误差,然后再反馈至高位部分以消除其误差的电路技术,称为数字式误差校正技术。采用此技术设计的A/D变换器可以用较低精度的元器件,较小体积和较低功耗的装置来获得高速、高精度和适于在恶劣环境下工作的优质性能。本文对这项技术从原理到电路实施都作了较具体地叙述。
1. INTRODUCTION This paper provides a practical way to ensure high precision (resolution higher than 10 bits and linearity ± 1/2 LSB) in high speed (up to 1 MHz conversion rate) A / D conversion. Using digital technology to detect sub-range A / D conversion in the high part of the error, and then feedback to the high part to eliminate the error circuit technology, known as digital error correction technology. A / D converters designed with this technology can achieve high-speed, high-precision, and high-quality performance suitable for use in harsh environments with lower-precision components, smaller size and lower power consumption. This article from the principle of the technology to the implementation of the circuit are more specifically described.
