文章根据某卫星在轨工作工况,对星上功率电缆的热特性进行了理论计算,以此为基础结合卫星在轨外热流环境条件,提出了整星状态下的试验验证方案,通过试验验证获取了星上功率电缆在整星状态下的温度参数分布,对获取的温度数据及其环境特点进行了分析,获得了星上功率电缆的热特性,对电缆在卫星内的走向、固定方式等提出建议。研究成果可为后续卫星功率电缆相关设计提供参考。
According to the working condition of a satellite in orbit, the thermal characteristics of on-board power cables are theoretically calculated. Based on this, combined with the conditions of off-track heat flow of satellites, a scheme of experimental verification under full-star conditions is proposed.
