近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,我国税收事业迅速壮大,在国家和社会发展中所起到的作用越来越重要。与此同时,税务工作中存在的问题和不足也逐步凸显出来,如税收体制不完善、税收法制不健全等。按照依法治税的要求,完善和创新税收体制,发挥各级税务部门职能,对促进国家和地方经济的和谐发展具有重要意义。
