目的了解外科手术部位感染及病原菌分布。方法采用回顾性调查和病原学检测方法,对某医院外科手术病人的切口感染情况及病原菌分布进行调查。结果 2008-2010年共调查某医院手术患者62 723例,共发生手术切口感染198例,医院感染发生率为0.32%。从手术切口感染标本中,共分离到病原菌215株,革兰阴性杆菌构成比为76.3%,革兰阳性球菌为23.7%,还检出部分真菌。结论该医院外科手术患者切口感染率在常规控制范围,感染标本检出的病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主。
Objective To understand the surgical site infection and distribution of pathogens. Methods Retrospective investigation and pathogen detection methods were used to investigate the incision infection and the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in surgical patients in a hospital. Results From 2008 to 2010, a total of 62 723 surgical patients were investigated in a hospital. A total of 198 surgical incisions were infected and the incidence of nosocomial infections was 0.32%. A total of 215 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the surgical incision specimens. The composition ratio of Gram-negative bacilli was 76.3% and that of Gram-positive cocci was 23.7%. Some fungi were also detected. Conclusion The surgical incision infection rate in the hospital is within the routine control range. The main pathogens detected in the infected specimens are Gram-negative bacilli.
