雾霾问题已经成为了每一个中国人民心头上的大事,不断恶化的大气污染问题已经成为了环境保护的头等大事。在治理雾霾问题中,我们国家出台的新环保法、新大气污染法效果甚微。本文结合当下雾霾问题现状以及我国相关立法支出修改《可再生能源法》,将大气污染、气候变化问题纳入到《可再生能源法》中是必须的了,并提出建议。
The haze issue has become a major event for every Chinese people. The deteriorating air pollution problem has become a top priority for environmental protection. In the management of smog problem, the new environmental protection law and new air pollution law promulgated by our country have little effect. Combining the current situation of haze and the current legislative expenses in our country to amend the “Renewable Energy Law”, the air pollution and climate change issues into the “Renewable Energy Law” is necessary, and make recommendations.
