直吹式制粉系统的运行状况对锅炉燃烧有着决定性的影响,现场中由于设备磨损、煤质变化等原因使其出力难以保持一致,甚至长期工作在出力不足的状态下,严重影响燃烧的稳定性和经济性。通过机理分析找出反映其运行状态的参量,结合统计分析建立正常运行时的模型方程,对比得到出力不足时的判定依据,同时对其出力变化作了定量分析。该方法原理简单易实现,可以加入到SIS系统优化模块中指导实际运行,具有工程实用价值。
