“厚料层烧结技术”是一个复杂的系统问题,除了理论、技术问题外,还有制度问题、各方面成龙配套问题。本文介绍了马钢第三炼铁总厂通过技术创新与管理创新相结合,一定程度上解决了厚料层与高负压这对难以调和的矛盾,在两台380 m~2烧结机上成功实现了900 mm超厚料层下“小风量、低负压”烧结技术,并取得了显著的效果。从生产组织、操作策略调整上对烧结产质量提升、降本增效提供了新思路。
“Thick layer sintering technology ” is a complex system problem, in addition to theoretical and technical issues, there are institutional issues, all aspects of the Jackie Chan supporting issues. This paper introduces the combination of technological innovation and management innovation of Maanshan Iron & Steel No.3 Ironmaking Plant, which solves the contradiction between thick layer and high negative pressure to a certain extent. It has been successfully implemented on two 380 m ~ 2 sintering machines 900mm thick layer under the “small amount of air, low vacuum ” sintering technology, and achieved remarkable results. From the production organization, the adjustment of operational strategies on the quality of sintered products, cost reduction and efficiency provided a new idea.
