2009年,《电信技术》迎来了创刊55周年华诞。这55年,是《电信技术》不断成长、不断发展的55年,是与时俱进、勇于创新的55年。经过55年的奋斗,《电信技术》已经成为我国电信领域读者广泛、影响力大的主流媒体。2009年也是工业和信息化部成立后的第一年,3G牌照的发放、全业务竞争时代的到来也揭示我国电信业进入了全新的历史阶段,在这个特殊的历史时期,电信业的“变革、挑战、机遇”将成为我们共同关注的话题,为此本期我们特约请邬贺铨、方滨兴等院士、专家对此深入分析探讨,以对大变革中的电信业有所借鉴。
In 2009, “Telecom Technology” ushered in the 55th anniversary of its founding. These 55 years are the 55 years in which “telecom technology” has been continuously growing and developing. It is 55 years of keeping pace with the times and making innovations. After 55 years of struggle, “telecom technology” has become a mainstream media with a large readership and a great influence in China’s telecom field. The year 2009 was also the first year after the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was established. The issuance of 3G licenses and the advent of the era of full-service competition also revealed that China’s telecommunications industry has entered a completely new historical stage. In this special historical period, the “ Reform, Challenges and Opportunities ”will become our common topic of concern. Therefore, we invited Wu Hequan and Fang Binxing and other academicians and experts to conduct in-depth analysis and discussion in this issue so as to draw lessons from the great transformation of the telecommunications industry.
