目的 :探讨急性高原重复缺氧外周血肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)和白细胞介素 6(IL -6)的变化 ;方法 :随机抽取某汽车部队驾驶员 1 6名 ,在开运前 1 0天 (海拔 1 40 0m)、完成 4次高原 (海拔 3 70 0m~ 5 40 0m)运输任务中途 (海拔 3 70 0m处 )及运输任务结束 (完成 8次高原运输任务 )后一个月 (海拔 1 40 0m) ,分别进行TNF -α、IL -6的检测 ;结果 :运输前及运输后较运输中途TNF -α、IL -6差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,运输前较运输结束后差异非常显著 ,TNF -α(P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,IL -6(P <0 .0 1 ) ;结论 :TNF -α和IL -6作为多功能细胞因子参与了低氧应激和缺氧适应过程 ,急性重复缺氧机体产生了间歇性的低氧适应。
Objective: To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in peripheral blood of patients with acute hypoxemic hypoxia. Methods: Sixteen drivers of a certain military vehicle were randomly selected, (1 40 0m above sea level) and one month after the end of the transport mission (completing 8 times of altitude transport tasks) (elevation 1 at the altitude of 3 700 m above sea level) The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the middle of transport were significantly higher than those before transport (P <0.01) TNF-α (P <0.01), IL-6 (P <0.01) .Conclusion: TNF-α and IL-6 are involved in low-level cytokines as multipotent cytokines Oxygen stress and hypoxia adaptation process, acute repetitive hypoxia produced intermittent hypoxia adaptation.
