体外预应力加固连续箱梁桥,是通过在箱室内合理增设体外预应力索,主动调整并改善原结构的受力状态,提高主梁结构的刚度和抗裂性能。为确保体外索张拉过程中的结构安全和加固效果,应通过监测及时掌握结构的受力状态,优化张拉过程并及时调整体外预应力张拉控制值。本研究结合工程实际,详细阐述了连续箱梁桥体外预应力加固的施工监控全过程,对比分析了加固后主梁的变形、应力等参数的理论值和实测值,以期为同类工程的施工监控提供参考。
External prestressed reinforcement of continuous box girder bridge is through the rational addition of external prestressed cable in the box room, take the initiative to adjust and improve the stress state of the original structure, improve the rigidity of the main beam structure and crack resistance. In order to ensure the structural safety and reinforcement effect during the extractive cable tensioning, the stress state of the structure should be monitored in time to optimize the tensioning process and adjust the prestressing tension control value in vitro. In this paper, the whole process of construction monitoring for continuous prestressed reinforcement of continuous box girder bridge is elaborated with the engineering practice. The theoretical and measured values of deformation, stress and other parameters of the main girder after reinforcement are contrastively analyzed in order to monitor and control the construction of similar girders. for reference.
