本文是以具有相转移催化的功能基团连接到二乙烯基苯交联聚苯乙烯上,形成了季铵盐型高分子相转移催化剂(三相催化剂),应用这种固体催化剂于水和甲苯体系中,这三相体系,在75℃条件下,搅拌反应四小时,成功地合成了芳香性对称硫醚和硫氰酸酯.这种三相催化反应比经典合成方法,条件温和、操作简便,更主要能定量回收催化剂,经再生处理后,再生率也是满意的。反应结果及对产物熔点、红外吸收光谱测定表明:三相催化合成芳香性对称硫醚和硫鼠酸酯是一种行之有效的有机合成新方法。
In this thesis, a quaternary ammonium salt polymer phase transfer catalyst (three-phase catalyst) was formed by linking functional groups with phase transfer catalysis to divinylbenzene crosslinked polystyrene. The solid catalyst was applied to water and toluene System, the three-phase system, stirring at 75 ℃ for four hours, the successful synthesis of aromatic symmetric thioether and thiocyanate.This three-phase catalytic reaction than the classical synthesis method, mild conditions, easy to operate , But also the main quantitative recovery of the catalyst, the regeneration treatment, the regeneration rate is satisfactory. The results of the reaction and the melting point of the product showed that the three-phase catalytic synthesis of aromatic symmetric thioether and thiram ester is an effective new method of organic synthesis.
