随着我国经济持续快速发展,国有企业改革的深入,“产权清晰、权责明确、政企分开、管理科学”的现代企业制度也日臻完善,国企产业结构、组织结构和队伍结构也出现了相应的调整,给国企工会工作带来了新困难与挑战。国有企业工会,要围绕中心工作,分析和研究当前工作重心,切实做好工会工作,为企业发展发挥应有的作用。
