在全位置半自动焊接方法中(特别是气体保护焊),目前在各工业部门所采用的有短弧焊和脉冲弧焊等。但采用这些方法进行全位置焊接时,都必须使用低电流、细焊丝。这样,与俯焊相比,效率低,而且用于象船体这样大型的结构也容易发生熔敷不良的缺陷。因此,各工业部门,尤其是造船工业,希望研制出一种效率高,质量稳定的全位置焊接方法。本文介绍一种使用矩形波电流的窄间隙焊接方法(下简称 RAN 法)。它与其他类似方法相比,不只限于垂直焊,而且在几乎相同的焊接规范下,也可进行仰焊。这是一种新式的全位置窄间隙焊法。
In the all-position semi-automatic welding method (especially gas shielded welding), the current short-arc welding and pulsed arc welding are adopted in various industrial departments. However, the use of these methods for all-position welding, you must use low-current, fine wire.
