目的为了更好地了解湖北省居民心理健康的基本情况,以及自杀引起的死亡情况,分析2006-2008年居民自杀死亡的特点。方法分别抽取湖北省六个地区居民伤害死因资料,以2006-2008年伤害死因别死亡率、居民自杀年龄组死亡率、居民自杀城乡死亡率等指标进行描述性分析。标化人口使用2000年全国普查人口年龄构成。死亡原因按ICD-10确定根本死因。结果湖北省部分地区2006-2008年,自杀所占伤害死因别死亡率分别为41.32%、42.49%、43.60%。在居民自杀年龄组总死亡率中,从70岁开始自杀死亡率上升明显,分别是,2006年为256.30/10万,2007年为347.20/10万,2008年为355.13/10万。在抽样地区居民自杀城乡死亡率中,2006年城市自杀死亡率为5.13/10万,农村自杀死亡率为30.41/10万,2007年城市自杀死亡率为4.77/10万,农村自杀死亡率为32.79/10万,2008年城市自杀死亡率为3.66/10万,农村自杀死亡率为33.83/10万,农村明显高于城市。结论 2006-2008年湖北省部分地区中,自杀所占伤害死因均排在第一位。在居民自杀年龄组总死亡率中,70岁以上年龄组自杀所占的死亡比例是较高的。在居民自杀城乡死亡率中农村明显高于城市。
Objectives To better understand the basic situation of mental health of residents in Hubei Province and the death toll caused by suicide, this paper analyzes the characteristics of suicide among residents in 2006-2008. Methods Data were collected from residents in six districts of Hubei Province to make a descriptive analysis of the mortality-related deaths in 2006-2008, the death rates of residents in the suicide age group, and the death rates of residents in urban and rural areas. The standardized population uses the age of the 2000 national census population. The cause of death was determined by ICD-10 as the underlying cause of death. Results In 2006-2008 in some areas of Hubei Province, the death rates of the cause of death caused by suicide were 41.32%, 42.49% and 43.60% respectively. Among the total death toll of residents in the suicide age group, suicide rates have risen significantly from the age of 70, with 256.30 / 100 000 in 2006, 347.20 / 100 000 in 2007 and 355.13 / 100 000 in 2008. Among the death rates of urban and rural residents who committed suicide in sampling areas, the suicide death rate of urban residents was 5.13 / 100,000 in 2006, the suicide death rate was 30.41 / 100,000 in rural areas, the urban suicide death rate was 4.77 / 100,000 in 2007, the rural suicide death rate was 32.79 / 100,000. In 2008, the death rate of urban suicide was 3.66 per 100 000 and the death toll in rural areas was 33.83 per 100 000. The rural area was significantly higher than the urban area. Conclusion In 2006-2008, the death toll of suicide in some areas of Hubei Province ranked first. The proportion of deaths attributable to suicide in the over-70s age group is higher among the total death toll of residents suicide age group. In urban and rural areas, the death rate of residents in suicide was significantly higher than that in cities.
