目的探讨感染合并心力衰竭患者降钙素原的水平以及临床意义。方法从某中心医院选取不同类型的病人:患有单纯感染性疾病患者122名,单纯患有心力衰竭患者87名,患有合并心力衰竭患者53名,以及选取健康人体检结果178名。对其进行血液采取并进行数据分析。结果根据PCT测定结果显示,单纯感染组阳性率为65.26%,感染合并心力衰竭组阳性率为92.63%,二者相比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论降钙素原检测可以作为一种有效的检测手段,对患有合并心力衰竭的病人进行检测,方法简单且准确,值得进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the level of procalcitonin and its clinical significance in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 122 patients with simple infectious diseases, 87 with heart failure, 53 with heart failure, and 178 with physical examination were selected from a central hospital. Blood taken and data analyzed. Results According to the results of PCT assay, the positive rate was 65.26% in the simple infection group and 92.63% in the infected heart failure group. The two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The procalcitonin test can be used as an effective measure to detect patients with heart failure, the method is simple and accurate and worthy of further promotion.
